NCEL Webinar: Tackling Aquatic Invasive Species in Trade with Legislative Tools

On September 18 at 2:00 PM ET, NCEL hosted a webinar to learn about legislative tools to control the spread of aquatic invasive species. Stephanie Elaine Otts, Director of the National Sea Grant Law Center, shared about the Center’s new policy options report regarding the control of aquatic invasive species in trade. Lieutenant Robert Stross, Administrator of Wisconsin’s Commercial Fish and Aquatic Species in Trade Enforcement Program, shared on Wisconsin efforts and barriers of enforcing existing legislation against invasive species in trade. This webinar was moderated by Minnesota Representative Sydney Jordan.
