NCEL President Honored for Children's Environmental Health Work
Delegate Hubbard to Receive Children's Environmental Health Network AwardAug 25, 2009The Children's Environemntal Health Network will honor NCEL President and Maryland Delegate James Hubbard with the 2009 Child Health Advocate Award during their annual reception November 19, 2009.
Delegate Hubbard is being recognized for his years of committment and service to improving the lives and health of children in Maryland and across the country.
