NCEL Announces 2023-2024 State Leads

Washington, D.C. – The National Caucus of Environmental Legislators (NCEL) is happy to announce the selection of 2023-2024 State Leads. This class of State Leads includes legislators across 34 states and territories, consisting of members from both major parties. This position exemplifies a strong dedication to environmental policy and a demonstrated leadership role within the Caucus. 

State Leads exhibit leadership within the Caucus by coordinating in-state events and growing NCEL’s network of legislators to assist in advancing environmental issues.
